Together Alone is a guided group retreat into solitude and silence. This retreat is designed to be an extended time for being with and listening to God in a space where you are welcome and can discover a community of like-minded people. During our time together we will learning about the ancient practice of the Examen and then spending time in solitude and silence with God to reflect on the year 2021 and reset for the year to come.

What to expect

Our retreat will begin with a time for connecting with one another and settling in (settling our nerves?) We’ll have bagels & coffee & yogurt to enjoy from 8:30-9am. From 9-10:30am we will spend time in group learning and practice. Then from 10:30-12:30 we will find ourselves a quiet spot to sit in stillness with God, utilizing the tools we’ve been given. Then from 12:30-1:00pm we will reconvene for a time of sharing and response, dismissing with gratitude.
 

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing. 
Consider bringing a blanket or sweatshirt for warmth. 
Your Bible & Journal & favorite pen.
