Leadership Round Table

At YpsiFree, leadership is more than holding a position. It is becoming the kind of person who helps others love God, love all people, and follow Jesus together.

That is why we are launching three Leaders Round Tables throughout the year - gatherings designed to form the heart, head, and hands of those who lead.

Whether you currently lead a ministry or team, serve alongside others, or sense that God may be preparing you to lead, you are invited. We also encourage every leader to bring an “I see in you” person—someone in whom you recognize emerging gifts, character, and leadership potential.

Together, we will grow as leaders who are:
Deeply Connected to one another
Continuously Formed in the way of Jesus
Missionally Engaged in the places God has sent us

Each Round Table will include a shared meal, worship, practical teaching, meaningful conversation, and time for ministry teams to connect. We will also help you begin developing a personal formation plan - paying attention to what God is shaping in your heart, what is forming your mind, and how your hands are getting involved in the work of his Kingdom.

Our First Focus: The Head

What are we allowing to shape our minds? How do we develop the mind of Christ?  How can our theology guide the way we lead?   God has entrusted us with the good news of a better life in Jesus. Let’s learn how to understand it deeply, live it faithfully, and share it generously.
